European Recording Orchestra (ERO) - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing European Recording Orchestra (ERO) for your music recording needs. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking our services. By engaging with ERO, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below:

1. Booking and Payment:

  • Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our official channels.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due before the scheduled recording session.

 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations are subject to the terms set out in the recording contract which is to be signed prior to scheduling any session.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested 30 (or more) days in advance.

 

3. Session Duration:

  • The booked recording session has a specified duration. Overtime may be available at an additional cost, subject to scheduling constraints.

4. Studio Etiquette:

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session should they elect to attend in person.

  • Any damage caused to studio equipment or facilities due to negligence will be the financial responsibility of the client.

5. Recording Rights:

  • The client retains all rights to their original music and recordings.

  • ERO reserves the right to use excerpts from recorded sessions for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

6. Technical Requirements:​

  • Technical specifications and requirements for recording sessions will be communicated beforehand.

 

7. Confidentiality:

  • ERO agrees to keep all client information and unreleased recordings confidential.

 

8. Force Majeure:

  • ERO shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government orders.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • ERO reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the ERO website.
