European Recording Orchestra (ERO) Call for Scores Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to participate in the European Recording Orchestra (ERO) Call for Scores. Please carefully review our refund policy outlined below before submitting your music to the competition.

 

1. Non-Refundable Items:

  • All submissions (sales) are final, and no refunds will be issued for Call for Scores submissions. 

2. No Exceptions:

  • Our non-refundable policy is applicable without exceptions. Once a submission (purchase) is made, it cannot be refunded or exchanged, except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by law.

3. Cancellations:

  • It is not possible to cancel a submission (order) after the payment has been made.

4. Defective or Damaged Products:

  • Defective or Damaged Products do not apply in this case.

5. Chargebacks:

  • Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with European Recording Orchestra (ERO) is a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is attempted, the customer may be held responsible for any associated fees.

6. Changes to This Policy:

  • European Recording Orchestra (ERO) reserves the right to update or modify this non-refundable refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the European Recording Orchestra (ERO).
